Sweet Corn

Sweet corn, also known as sugar corn is a variety of maize with high sugar content. Unlike field corn varieties, which are harvested when the kernels are dry and mature, sweet corn is picked when immature (at milk stage) and prepared and eaten as a vegetable, rather than a grain. Since the process of maturation of sweet corn involves converting sugar to starch, sweet corn needs consumed fresh or canned or frozen before the kernels become tough and starchy.

IQF frozen broccoli are prepared by the appropriate process from suitable variety which have been trimmed, cleaned, washed, blanched.

Frozen Carrot

The product shall be prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all toxic residues and taints. The final product shall comply with all current Egypt

Artichoke

IQF artichoke bottoms .The artichokes are washed, sorted, blanched, individually quick-frozen, resorted and packed.

Frozen Garlic

Garlic. Product contains no additives or artificial preservatives.

French Fries

French Fries are produced from healthy fresh (stored) potatoes of a regular pre-graded (40+) size. The frozen product is pre-fried and has a pale yellow colour. After preparation in a deep-fryer the product is golden yellow to light brown, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Its distinctive taste and scent are characteristics of traditionally fried potatoes.

Broad Beans

The mixed vegetables shall be produced from fresh sound vegetables. The process shall ensure stability of colour and flavour and the product temperature shall not be warmer than -18c when frozen.
